Create is a great venue for meetings, seminars and conferences. We have meeting rooms of varying sizes including a 70-seater lecture theatre. Refreshments can be provided. All public areas of the building are accessible to disabled users, and an induction loop is available.
Meeting and training rooms
- Create has a number of meeting and training rooms available for hire at very competitive prices.
- The rooms vary in size and can hold 10 – 30 people depending on layout.
- All rooms are equipped with furniture which can be configured to suit the needs of the individual meeting or session.
- AV equipment installed in all rooms.
- Smartboard in 1 room.
- Internet access is available.
Facilities are available for booking from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. Evenings can be arranged for an additional charge.

Theatre
Create’s lecture theatre is situated on the ground floor of the building and seats up to 70 people. It is suitable for presentations, film showings and talks. There is also a small foyer area suitable for buffets or teas and coffees.
Refreshments and catering
We can provide teas, coffees and biscuits for your event. Contact Create reception on 0117 922 4370 or create.reception@bristol.gov.uk for more information. We use Fairtrade teas and coffees.
There is also an on-site cafe open Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, which can supply catering if required. Orders can be placed directly with the cafe team.
